Ron and Jai are licensed private trainers who have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
They are a husband and wife team focused on helping others build a lifestyle that nurtures their mind, spirit, body, nutrition, and sleep.
Their approach accounts for the many aspects of life outside the workouts that affect their members overall well-being, hence the name 'Bigger Than Fit'.
They pride themselves on building a loving community and providing a therapeutic environment for all.
They also have a passion for autism awareness.
They hold a yearly 5K to fundraise for Autism Families and in two years have raised $50,000 for Super School.
They also created a wellness program for His House foster home working with the children on incorporating fitness into their routine.
